From your description, it does seem like you have both sensitive skin with prominent blackheads or comedones.
To get rid of blackheads, there are creams like tretinoin and salicylic acid creams that can be precribed. Extraction of blackheads can also be considered. Many of the prescribe creams like tretinoin cream and salicylic acid though can be potentially irritating and may aggravate dry and sensitive skin.
You may consider visiting a dermatologist who can assess your skin sensitivity and precribe the most appropriate treatment for you.

Thanks for your question.
Dry and sensitive skin often makes treatment more challenging.
Clogged pores and blackheads (comedones) fall under the category of acne, and can be treated with
- Retin A creams
- Salicylic based products and peels
The side effect is skin irritation which may worsen your dry and sensitive skin.
If you have tried the above with no improvement, you may consider seeing a dermatologist.
Hope this helps!

this is often seen. need to discuss the skin products you have been using, and the lifestyle eg sports you engaged in.
you seem to have two problems. Firstly use appropriate moisturizer for dry sensitive skin like physiogel and anti-inflammatory cream. as for your blackheads, it should be extracted carefully by therapist and given some topical antibiotics. After the dry and sensitive skin condition has improved, can consider a salicylate peel with more moisturizer for sensitive skin.
