Thank you for your question and your pictures. These appear to be small box scars and would benefit from skin resurfacing. Needle subcision and collagen stimulators can help complement laser treatment as well. The costs involved depends on the centre you go to but usually starts from 300 and above for a single session of either treatment.
Effects are usually seen after 2 to 3 weeks from first treatment since it is dependent on collagen remodelling. Sometimes the results can appear so gradually the individual may not notice any obvious improvement.

Yes As Dr Chua has mentioned, you should consider Fractional Laser (with a small element of ablation) as your backbone therapy, before adding on collagen stimulators (I prefer Radiesse) for needle subcision.
Throwing in Microneedling like Skin Boosters will be useful. I suggest photography documentation as the changes may be subtle and people tend to forget what they look like in the first place.
Expect a maximal of 70-80% improvement. To become a dewy Korean Star standard would be rather difficult
