I am not quite sure I understand your question. Your jaw is made of bone, so when you say that the right portion of your jaw rubs against bone, what bone are you referring to? Is it the bone in your right jaw joint?
Your xray image is slightly distorted in the right jaw joint area, and you may need a new , more detailed scan of your jaw joint to be able see more clearly whats happening in the area.
Perhaps a CT scan of the right jaw joint could be indicated if thats the origin of your symptoms.
Here is a easy to read link that describes Temporo-Mandibular Joint Disorders ( TMD Disorders).
See if some of these symptoms in this article match what you are experiencing now.
I would strongly advise that you consult your regular dentist or a dentist from this forum to have your jaw joint checked as soon as possible.
All the best of luck!
